Full Moon Night Walk

A magical night walking experience under the silver glow of the Hunter full moon

Hunter’s Moon

The October full moon is known as the Hunter’s Moon, a name passed down through centuries of seasonal rhythms. As the golden days of harvest faded and the fields lay bare, this moon lit the way for hunters to roam.

Tonight, as we walk beneath its glow, we too will become part of this ancient ritual — listening, watching, moving with intention beneath the moon’s silver light. At night, our senses come alive — we hear the quiet, feel the air change, and experience the natural world in a new way.

We’ll pause together at the top to sip spiced hot chocolate, enjoy a full moon meditation creating space for quiet insight beneath the moonlit sky.

This guided walk is suitable for most fitness levels and is more about presence than pace. It will involve walking up Cherhill at a slow and steady speed taking in the twinkling lights of the distant villages and pausing to look at the moon and stars and listen to the night sounds.

Ticket Price: £15 per adult includes guided walk and homemade light refreshments

Things to note:

  • Any final details will be shared via a WhatsApp group the week before.
