We regularly update our calendar, so the was way to stay in the loop about new offerings is to sign up to our newsletter.

Join one of our free Coastal Cure Series walks to celebrate National Walking Month and Mental Health Awareness Week this May!

On these walks we draw on the calming and restorative power of coastal landscapes as a natural prescription to support your wellbeing.

We’re raising funds for the Every Mile Matters campaign with the South West Coast Path Association - helping to protect, maintain, and celebrate this incredible trail for everyone.

We know that signing up to a walk can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure about your fitness level.

To support you in choosing a walk well suited to you, we’ve created a system to grade our walks. On each walk description you’ll find a challenge level: beginner / moderate / challenging. You can find out more about these levels on our dedicated page.

Our Way of Walking

Bespoke Walks

Thinking about booking a private adventure? Enjoy a personally tailored, immersive one day or multi-day experience exploring the natural beauty of your chosen destination.

Ideal for individuals, couples, families, small groups, teams, organisations and celebrations.

“Will I fit in?'“

We get this question a lot. People often wonder: am I too old, too young, too quiet, too slow? Is my body the “right” kind of body for this?

Our walks are made up of different ages, different bodies, different paces, different ways of being. All of it belongs.

We love that our walks can be filled with people from different generations — there’s so much to learn from each other and so many fresh perspective to open our eyes to!

Want to talk it through?

If you have a question, big or small, reach out via our contact form.

Or, if you’d prefer to talk in person, our Founder Camille will happily give you a ring. To book a call, send her a message via the contact form with your number and she’ll be in touch to arrange a time to talk.
