Join us for an enchanting pause at the threshold between one week and the next.

Each Sunday evening, we gather for an hour of yin and restorative yoga whilst listening to age old tales of cultural wisdom from fairytales and folklore.

Light a candle, brew a mug of herbal tea and invite your body to relax in long-held, supported poses. Let your mind soften and wander as you listen to stories exploring themes of belonging, authenticity, intuition as guidance, and finding your inner wild woman.

Each session will end with a journaling prompt for you to answer in your own time.

“Just wanted to say, I totally love my Sunday evening sessions with you, I create my little nest with crystals, incense, candles, herbal tea with a little smudging etc and then melt away (emotionally and literally - as always in front of the fire) for an hour listening to your stories and following your guidance. It’s a little bit of bliss for me, thank you for creating such wonderful sessions.”

The power of story

Stories have always been a way humans make sense of life. Long before screens and scrolling, we learned through myth, fairytale, and spoken word. Listening to stories read aloud soothes the nervous system - it’s a reminder of being held and cared for, just like in childhood.

We’ll begin our journey with stories from Women Who Run With the Wolves, by Clarissa Pinkola Estés and If Women Rose Rooted by Sharon Blackie. Both Clarissa Pinkola Estés and Sharon Blackie are leading voices in the study of feminine wisdom, myth, and storytelling. Their work illuminates the inner wild woman, resilience, rootedness, and self‑knowledge.
