Join us for an uplifting, social morning that’s all about connection and discovering your creative side (even if you think you don’t have one!)
We’ll start with a gentle walk perfect for easy chatting and getting to know the group. Once we've stretched our legs, we'll pause and gather for a warm flask and share some delicious treats, where we’ll pull our our notebooks for a fun, no-pressure journaling session which will leave you feeling inspired and ready to continue to explore your new practice at home! Helen will guide us through simple, stress-free techniques to help us celebrate ourselves, release our thoughts, and find ways to make the ordinary moments of everyday life feel beautiful.
And please, don't worry—you do not need to be 'creative' or have ever journaled before to join us!
