Camille is a walking guide, yoga teacher, HeartMath certified trainer and facilitator of nature-based experiences through Heartlands & Wild Edges. Drawing on a background in wellbeing practices and outdoor leadership, she offers accessible experiences rooted in attention, imagination and a deep love of the natural world.

The Witching Hour
Folklore and fairytales for modern women
The Witching Hour is an immersive storytelling workshop exploring the wisdom of folklore and fairytales through a modern lens. Through carefully chosen readings, shared reflection, and gentle participatory practices, participants discover how ancient stories mirror contemporary experiences of identity, belonging, and transformation.

Mindful walking, nature connection and poetry
Listening to the Land is a guided mindful walking experience that invites participants to slow down and reconnect with the landscape around them. Through gentle walking meditation, poetry, and sensory awareness practices, we explore the natural world with fresh attention and curiosity.
This spacious outdoor experience offers a chance to reset the nervous system and rediscover a sense of belonging within the living landscape.

Cultivating Heart
Heart-based practices for emotional resilience
Cultivating Heart is a gentle workshop exploring the intelligence of the heart and its role in emotional wellbeing and resilience. Drawing on HeartMath techniques alongside reflective practices, participants learn simple tools that help regulate the nervous system and cultivate qualities such as compassion, courage, and care.
Participants leave with practical practices for navigating stress and returning to emotional balance.

Our Clay Nature
Exploring our belonging to the natural world through seasonal wisdom

A reflective workshop exploring our deep relationship with the natural world and the rhythms of the seasons. Drawing inspiration from the Celtic Wheel of the Year, participants explore how the cycles of nature mirror the cycles within our own lives.
Through poetry, breathwork, gentle movement and guided reflection, we cultivate a sense of belonging to the living world around us.
